RUN

·       If unable to run, complete one of the following:

o   500 Meter Row

o   40/28 Calorie Schwinn

o   28/20 Calorie Assault or Echo

o   800 Meter Bike Erg

BOX JUMP OVERS

·       No need to stand to full extension on box jump overs

ROPE CLIMBS

·       Looking for a variation that allows athletes to complete these in 90 seconds (30 per climb)
